Wellpoint Medicaid Eye Exams and Glasses in Dallas

GoTo Optical accepts Wellpoint Medicaid. If you still have an Amerigroup card or you searched “Wellpoint eye doctor Dallas,” you can use our offices for a comprehensive eye exam and help choosing covered glasses.

Wellpoint is a Texas Medicaid managed-care plan. Benefits are not identical for every member, so we check your eligibility when you arrive. Bring your Wellpoint member ID, a photo ID, and the glasses you wear now. We will tell you what the exam, frame, and lens benefits look like before you pick a pair.

Many Wellpoint members can use an annual eye exam and an eyeglass benefit. Contact lenses may be covered in some situations. If your prescription qualifies and the lenses are in stock, same-day single-vision glasses may be available. We will be honest when a job needs the lab overnight or longer.
